上海林盛橡塑厂位于上海南汇区东海镇盐朝公路631号。工厂紧邻上海浦东国际机场和洋山港，地理位置优越。工厂占地面积3000平方米，拥有橡胶物理性能测试设备1套（测厚仪1台，拉力机1台，老化箱1台，分析天平仪1台，硬度机1台），生产产品设备橡胶混炼机2台，平板硫化机16台，冲片机2台，吸塑包装机3台，移印机1台等。
工厂成立于2000年，自成立起至今，工厂专业生产各类橡塑制品，包括各类艺术印章，光敏垫，回墨印用激光垫，印台，印垫，以及配套用于制冷行业用的橡胶件等，尤其精于制造各类艺术印章，办公印章材料。他们包括透明印章，各类木座胶章，SEE’D有机玻璃座章，EVA印章，光敏垫，回墨印用激光垫。工厂监制的各类木座及有机玻璃座加工精良，深受国内外客户好评。
工厂自成立那天起，就把产品质量放在首位，于2003年通过ISO9001-2000版认证。并且，我们工厂所生产的产品全部通过欧盟ROHS检测的产品。目前已于本厂在艺术印章方面建立合作关系的有英国ＤＯ公司，美国的Ｄarice公司，法国的ＳＳＣ公司等。在办公印章方面已于本厂建立合作关系的有汕头经济特区协勤文具有限公司，卓达印章器材（厦门）有限公司等。在橡胶件配套产品方面已于本厂建立合作关系的有上海日立电器有限公司，上海珂纳电器机械有限公司，美国实用动力集团等。产品出口美国，英国，法国等国家。
目前工厂拥有熟练工人50 名，经验丰富的管理人员10人，其中包括3名工程师，5名专职质量管理人员.凭借着不断完善的生产管理制度和不断扩展的生产设施，工厂由刚开业时几十万人民币的年产值到今天近2000万元的年产值。我们坚信，只要我们坚持质量第一，客户第一，服务第一，我们一定会与我们的客户一起发展，我们的明天一定会更好。
我厂专业生产各类艺术印章，供中外DIY爱好者使用。艺术印章系列有：
- 透明艺术章：其章面是高透明的具有水晶般光泽的新型材料，并且由于材料所具有的自粘性，能够自行吸附在有机玻璃座体上，利用该座，用户可随意变换印章图案，由此实现一座多用而不像传统印章那样，一座一章。
- 木座橡皮艺术章：木座橡皮艺术章分枫木、榉木和椴木等类型，枫木座印章面向高端消费市场；榉木座印章面向中端消费市场；椴木座印章面向低端消费市场，他们都具有很高的收藏价值。
- EVA座橡皮艺术章：EVA座橡皮艺术章是将胶皮直接粘贴在EVA座上的印章。在提倡节约自然资源的今天，EVA座印章以其与木座印章同样的性能，便宜的价格，深受人们喜爱。
- See D橡皮艺术章：See D橡皮艺术章是一种用可移除胶加有机玻璃座的新颖的艺术章。这种艺术章只需要几种不同规格的有机玻璃座便可承载成千上万种橡皮艺术章，实现了一座多用的，既经济又美观的目的。我厂运用独特的模具，制作出来的橡皮印章无论构图多么精细，复杂，均能保持图案清晰度高，立体感强。
- 染料型印油：水性，快干，广泛应用于制卡及纸艺。
- 颜料型印油：油性，慢干，与热熔粉配合尤佳，广泛应用于制卡及纸艺。
Shanghai Linsheng Rubber and Plastics Factory is situated in NO.631,Yanchao Road, Donghai, Nanhui,Shanghai,close to the two famous ports,the Putong Air Port and the YangShan Sea Port where one can enjoy easy transportation.Our factory has over 3000 square meters of working space where there are 1 physical testing equipment for rubber,one meter for thickness measurement,(1 rally machine,1 aging testing box,1 analysis level,1 hardness testing meter); 2 rubber mixer machine; 16 valcanization machines; 2 level cutting machines；2 blister sealing machines and 1 pad printing machine etc.
Our factory was set up in the year 2000.Eversince its founding,our factory has been specialising in making various rubber and plastic products,including different kinds of art rubber stamps,ink pads, Guangming pads(arts on the pads are done by light exposure),laser-cut pads(arts on the pads are done by laser),washers in air conditioners,espacially those wooden back stamps,clear stamps,See d`s stamps.The rubbers made by our factory is famous for its flexibility and long time duration.The clear blocks and wooden backs for the rubber stamps are well manufactured under our strict supervision and are highly appraised by our overseas customers.
Eversince its establishment,our factory has put quality and quality control in the first position and therefore passed the certification of ISO9001-2000. All the products exported overseas have passed the test of ROSH and meet the standards set up by EU Enviroment Agency.. Due to this continuous effort for quality,our factory has abtained many overseas and domestic big clients.In the rubber stamp industry,they are Darice in the States ,Design Objectives in UK , Lemon in Japan and SSC in France.In the area of office stamp we are cooperating with Shan Tou xie Qing Stationary in Xia Men China,Trodat in German..We also make various rubber accessories and supply Actuant in the States,Hitachi Shanghai in China and Shanghai Konor Electromechanics.. our customers cover USA,UK, France and South korea.
Now we have 50 skilled workers,a management team of 10 people who have rich experience in management,including three engineeers,5 quality control people.With the continuous improvement of management system and factory facilities,our factory``s total annual turnover grows to 20,000,000RMB whereas it was only several hundreds of thousands RMB at the beginning.We strongly believe that as far as we put customer service and quality at the first position,we can develop our business together with our customers and our future will be brighter.
Our factory is good at making various rubber stamps for those people who like to play DIY products at home and abroad. The rubber stamps we make cover:
- Clear stamps: They are made of some special raw materials which are highly transparent and as clear as crystal. As the clear stamps have the self-adhesive character, so they can sit firmly on the acrylic blocks. Using the acrylic blocks, you can do stamping by applying different clear rubber stamps just with one block! This helps you get rid of the traditional way. That is ”One block, one stamp”. It saves your money, your space to store them.
- Wooden back rubber stamps: We produce and provide various wooden back stamps. Mainly they are maple backs, Chinese Oak backs and Chinese Linden backs. Maple backs are for high end consumers, Oak backs for medium end consumers and Linden backs are for low end consumers. All of them are collectable.
- EVA back stamps: The EVA stamps are those to which we stick the rubber stamps instead of wooden backs. Now to save the natural resource is a green concept accepted by many people. By using EVA backs, we can certainly save the natural wood. They are cheap and function as well as wooden stamps.

The Seed`s stamps: The See d`stamps are just like clear stamps which should be used with an acrylic block..The only difference between clear stamps and See d`s is the former uses chemical materials while the latter uses natural rubber to make stamps. You can just use a few blocks of different sizes to work with hundreds of thousands rubber stamps. To save your money and your space to store stamps, you can use See d`s.
Our factory uses special methods to make very good moulds for the rubber stamps. No matter how detailed or complicated the arts on the rubber are, they can be exactly reflected by the mould and therefore high quality rubber stamps are produced. - Dye ink pads: They are water base and fast drying dye ink pads which finds wide usage in card making and scrapbooking.
- Pigment inks :They are oil base and slow drying which is applied in card making and scrapbooking. They can work very well with embossing powders.
